The Citibus On-Demand App Will Be Disconnected From Service Monday, June 26.

Beginning Monday, June 26, 2023, no trips (Access or On-Demand) will be able to be scheduled through the Citibus On-Demand app. ALL On-Demand trips will need to be scheduled through GoPass or by contacting Customer Service and ALL Access riders will need to call Customer Service to schedule rides. Customer Service can be reached by calling 806-775-3640.

All CitiAccess riders must call the Citibus Customer Service line to schedule rides.
