Complaint Process
Any person who believes that he or she has been subjected to discrimination under Title VI on the basis of race, color or national origin may file a class VI complaint with Citibus within 180 days from the date of the alleged discrimination.
Complaints may be filed in writing with the Citibus Director of Human Resources and addressed to: Citibus, Director of Human Resources, 801 Texas Ave. Lubbock, Texas 79401
Complaint forms may be requested by calling 806-775-3640. Citibus will provide assistance to anyone who has limited ability to communicate in English or disability preventing them from communicating any issue or complaint.
