What you need to know:

Citibus On-Demand booking is moving to the GoPass app for Citibus riders that use the service to get to locations around the City of Lubbock. Only CitiAccess approved riders will have access to the Citibus On-Demand app.

• - Citibus riders are not allowed to book more than 2 hours in advance.
• - You will need to have access to the GoPass app to book your rides instead of the Citibus On-Demand app. If you are not a CitiAccess approved rider you will not be able to access the Citibus On-Demand app. If you are a CitiAccess approved rider you can disregard this message.

For booking, download the GoPass app on the App Store or Google Play, be sure to select Citibus as your preferred agency.
